Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Call Center
Location: Newbury Park, CA
Hiring Pay: $20 per hour
Overview:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in our dynamic call center environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring positive customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Document all customer interactions and transactions in the designated system.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for resolution.
Meet or exceed performance goals for call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and support colleagues to ensure a positive work environment and seamless customer service delivery.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
